JUSTICE FOR JOEL ACEVEDO
Nationally, Puerto Rican & ally organizations formed a coalition behind the struggle for justice for Joel Acevedo, killed by Milwaukee Police Officer Michael Mattioli in April 2020. Joel's last words were, "let me go home," and the family is demanding the Milwaukee Police, and DA release all bodycam footage and 911 records depicting the events leading up to the death of Joel in April.
